Fleur de Lys Patisserie (Pronounced fler- the- lee-s)

Fleur de Lys means Lily flower in French, an unofficial symbol of France and the French Aristocracy. FDL Patisserie is a reflection of the elegance associated with French cuisine. Desserts at FDL are made using classical French pastry techniques, with attention to detail, embellished with bold flavors and textures that tantalize the taste buds.

At 27 years of age, Tanvi has travelled a long way. Having set aside a bright career in finance to pursue a passion for food, she started her career as an Editorial intern for Food writer Rushina Munshaw-Ghildiyal. She soon discovered a niche for herself in desserts and went on to pursue and receive a ‘Diplôme de Pâtisserie’ from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She completed her training at the iconic Maison Dalloyau; famous for inventing the ‘L’Opera’ Pastry and Sofitel Mumbai BKC before launching off on her own. In January 2014, she started Fleur de Lys Patisserie.
